We feed your family like we feed our family.

We took over the farm in 2012 with zero knowledge of what we were doing and decided to raise Scottish Highland cows in Tamworth pigs. The choice to raise our own animals was made so that we knew that the meat we ate was raised in an ethical and humane way. We use no hormones or steroids, and only use antibiotics when an animal is sick. We never slaughter an animal with antibiotics in their system and wait longer than the standard prescribed time between last dose and earliest slaughter date. Our herd is a closed herd with a roaming bull so most of our harvested meat is born and raised right here on the farm and then processed at Leona Meats in Troy PA.
